Hello visitors,
39 days to go until the big day. Andrea and I have been receiving RSVP's daily and are really happy and honored to have such wonderful family and friends to share the festivities with. Some things I'm looking forward to in particular are:
1. Dr. Sun Yat Sen garden in the early summer is pretty spectacular (expect lots of photo taking)
2. The Terminal City Club - I've only been inside once with Andrea when we were checking it out and it is very nice. All reports from people who have been to receptions there have said that the food is really good too.
3. Visiting with family and friends that we haven't seen for a while. We hope to be able to spend time with everyone so the ceremony and reception are only about 10 minutes from one another. Wedding party photos will be in the surrounding area too so no waiting for the bride and groom to arrive before the party starts!
4. The Deep End - its pretty special to have so many great friends that are also great musicians. Its even more special that they are playing at the reception. Be ready to shake it!
Thanks for visiting our website. Stay tuned for more photos and info.
Regards,
Ryan

Afternoon Tea Party
Jan, Jessica, Corinna and Jayme really know how to put on a lovely backyard tea party! It was the perfect sunny day and Jan's garden was beautiful, with her pond of goldfish and variety of plants - from rhubarb and maple trees, to mint and chives. I loved everything (you girls know me!): tea, wine, scones, sandwiches and black forest cake. And what a fantastic display! Thank you all for your generous gifts and a tea supply to last a lifetime =) Next time... tea tasting at my place!

Thanks to all for the wonderful shower party!

Sunday Family Dinner
Family dinners are always big when my dad's side of the family gets together... but especially big when a relative from Hong Kong arrives! It was my Great Uncle Number 6 visiting this last Sunday. I don't think I've seen him since I was very little!
We enjoyed the Chinese feast and Ryan especially likes the winter melon soup at this place. It was lots of fun with the little kids running around too - they are so adorable! Luckily, I remembered to bring my camera. =)

45 days to go,
Andrea

Only 100 days left!
March is madness... and snow and rain.
Ryan and I did our e-photos last weekend and they are posted on our photographer's blog.
Take a look here for more pictures!

Seems like the website address I got for free through google is too confusing... so, I gave in and bought a new website name that is much, much easier!

Boxing Day Blues
Okay... I'm not really blue, but just a little frustrated at creating our website. I'm trying really hard to create an interactive site, but either I just don't know enough about programming (which is most likely the case) or there is no way to do it for free!
Help! Anyone out there with experience on these free google sites?
I went to crazy Richmond Centre today with bridesmaids, Jan and Jenn. Not much to buy there... Boxing Day just isn't like it used to be. However, it was an adventure to drive and park there with another 10 to 15 cm of snow again! When will it end? Hopefully, before I have to drive to work tomorrow, blah!
